Gospel for Sunday, April 7, 2024 – Jn 20:19-31

 On the evening of that first day of the week,
when the doors were locked, where the disciples were,
for fear of the Jews,
Jesus came and stood in their midst
and said to them, “Peace be with you.”
When he had said this, he showed them his hands and his side.
The disciples rejoiced when they saw the Lord.
Jesus said to them again, “Peace be with you.
As the Father has sent me, so I send you.”
And when he had said this, he breathed on them and said to them,
“Receive the Holy Spirit.
Whose sins you forgive are forgiven them,
and whose sins you retain are retained.”

But Thomas (who was called the Twin), one of the twelve, was not with them when Jesus came. So the other disciples told him, “We have seen the Lord.” But he said to them, “Unless I see the mark of the nails in his hands, and put my finger in the mark of the nails and my hand in his side, I will not believe.”

A week later his disciples were again in the house, and Thomas was with them. Although the doors were shut, Jesus came and stood among them and said, “Peace be with you.” Then he said to Thomas, “Put your finger here and see my hands. Reach out your hand and put it in my side. Do not doubt but believe.” Thomas answered him, “My Lord and my God!” Jesus said to him, “Have you believed because you have seen me? Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have come to believe.”

Now Jesus did many other signs in the presence of his disciples, which are not written in this book. But these are written so that you may come to believe that Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of God, and that through believing you may have life in his name.

Message from the Heart of God, Volume II, November 4, 1995

My beloved children, welcome. I have been waiting for you. Children, there shall be many obstacles upon the path you are traveling. As I, Jesus, was taken to Calvary, I had to endure many obstacles. Stones were thrown at me. I was mocked and ridiculed. I was spat upon. Even the hair upon my head was pulled. As the lamb, I was taken to the slaughter.

In some ways, my beloved children, you shall be taken to the slaughter as well. No, you shall not have to face the nails or the end of a spear, but rather the fierceness of verbal ridicule. Many of you wish to be called my disciples, yet you do not want to follow in my footsteps. Many of you wonder what is the correct path to me.  It is simple, beloved. See where I, Jesus, have set my feet and then do the same. If you truly recognized my footsteps, then you would also see how I have designed my Church.

I, Jesus, desire all of you to listen to my high bishop [the Pope] for truly he walks where I walk. I have set my high bishop to be the leader of my Church. I have given the ten commandments to be the walls of my Church. I have given the Scripture to be the life of my Church. I have given myself in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass that my Church will neither hunger nor thirst. I have given my Spirit that my Spirit may breathe life into my Church, and I have given you my beloved Mother to be the Mother of my Church.

Dear children, to honor me you must honor my Mother. To honor me you must cherish all that I have given you. The Church, my beloved, is my home upon the earth. It is the sanctuary of the most Holy and Blessed Trinity of the Lord God. Every answer that you seek shall be found in the tabernacle. The tabernacle, children, is my footstep upon the earth.

Evangelio del domingo, 7 de abril de 2024  “Domingo de la Divina Misericordia”  – Jn 20: 19-31

Al anochecer del día de la resurrección, estando cerradas las puertas de la casa donde se hallaban los discípulos, por miedo a los judíos, se presentó Jesús en medio de ellos y les dijo: “La paz esté con ustedes”. Dicho esto, les mostró las manos y el costado. Cuando los discípulos vieron al Señor, se llenaron de alegría.

De nuevo les dijo Jesús: “La paz esté con ustedes. Como el Padre me ha enviado, así también los envío yo”. Después de decir esto, sopló sobre ellos y les dijo: “Reciban el Espíritu Santo. A los que les perdonen los pecados, les quedarán perdonados; y a los que no se los perdonen, les quedarán sin perdonar”.

Tomás, uno de los Doce, a quien llamaban el Gemelo, no estaba con ellos cuando vino Jesús, y los otros discípulos le decían: “Hemos visto al Señor”. Pero él les contestó: “Si no veo en sus manos la señal de los clavos y si no meto mi dedo en los agujeros de los clavos y no meto mi mano en su costado, no creeré”.

Ocho días después, estaban reunidos los discípulos a puerta cerrada y Tomás estaba con ellos. Jesús se presentó de nuevo en medio de ellos y les dijo: “La paz esté con ustedes”. Luego le dijo a Tomás: “Aquí están mis manos; acerca tu dedo. Trae acá tu mano, métela en mi costado y no sigas dudando, sino cree”. Tomás le respondió: “¡Señor mío y Dios mío!” Jesús añadió: “Tú crees porque me has visto; dichosos los que creen sin haber visto”.

Otros muchos signos hizo Jesús en presencia de sus discípulos, pero no están escritos en este libro. Se escribieron éstas para que ustedes crean que Jesús es el Mesías, el Hijo de Dios, y para que, creyendo, tengan vida en su nombre.

Mensaje del Corazón de Dios, Volumen II, 4 de noviembre de 1995

Mis amados hijos, bienvenidos. Yo he estado esperándolos. Hijos, hay muchos obstáculos sobre el camino que ustedes están viajando.  Cuando Yo, Jesús, fui llevado hasta el Calvario, tuve que soportar muchos obstáculos. Piedras me fueron lanzadas. Se burlaron de mí y me ridiculizaron. Me escupieron. Hasta mi cabello fue tirado. Como el cordero, fui llevado al sacrificio.

En cierta forma, mis amados hijos, ustedes también serán llevados al sacrificio. No, ustedes no tendrán que enfrentar clavos o la punta de una lanza, sino la ferocidad de la ridiculización verbal. Muchos de ustedes quieren ser llamados mis discípulos, pero ustedes no quieren seguir mis pasos. Muchos de ustedes se preguntan cuál es camino correcto hacia mí. Es simple, mis amados. Vean en donde yo, Jesús, he puesto mis pies y hagan lo mismo. Si ustedes verdaderamente reconocieran mis pasos, entonces también verían como yo he diseñado mi Iglesia.

Yo, Jesús, deseo que todos ustedes escuchen a mi gran obispo [el Papa] ya que el verdaderamente camina donde yo camino. Yo he puesto a mi gran obispo como el líder de mi Iglesia. Yo he dado los diez mandamientos para que sean las paredes de mi iglesia. Yo he dado las Escrituras para que sean la vida de mi Iglesia. Yo me he dado a mí mismo en el Santo Sacrificio de la Misa para que mi Iglesia no tenga ni hambre o sed. Yo he dado mi Espíritu para que mi Espíritu pueda dar vida a mi Iglesia, y les he dado mi amada Madre para que sea la Madre de mi Iglesia.

Queridos hijos, para honrarme ustedes deben honrar a mi Madre. Para honrarme ustedes deben apreciar todo lo que les he dado. Mi Iglesia, mis amados, es mi hogar en la tierra. Es el santuario de la Santísima y Bendita Trinidad del Señor Dios. Cada respuesta que ustedes buscan será encontrada en el tabernáculo. El tabernáculo, hijos, es mi huella sobre la tierra.
